Welcome!
Dr. Elizabeth Schultz (she/her) is currently an Associate Professor of Instruction teaching instrumental music education courses at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She has previously taught at Cleveland State University, the University of Florida, and Shenandoah University Conservatory. She earned her PhD in music education from the University of Florida and has previously earned degrees from Virginia Tech and Louisiana State University.
Elizabeth's research interests include defining and understanding itinerant music teaching, effectively integrating students with disabilities into music classrooms, and making music education research more accessible for practicing music teachers.
